Karsong Trail Ilam (Google Point Trek)

Karsong Trek or Google Point Trek is one of the most easy and beautiful trek from Jhapa District. Located at altitude of 1800 Meter from sea level, it is a scenic trek located in Ilam District near Kuntidanda. 

People from neighboring district like Jhapa, Morang and Sunsari often visit this destination to escape from hot humid temperature of Terai districts to get a fresh cold weather and to see a scenic view of Kanchunjunga Mountain range.

It is a short and sweet trek roughly taking around 45 minutes to 1 hour to reach a view point from the starting point. If you are in Jhapa Birtamode it will take you around 1 hour to reach the destination and further 1 hour to complete the trek.
